UST Golden Tigresses middle blocker Bianca Plaza finally received her customized Kobe 8s after a long delivery issue.

In a recent update on her Facebook page, Plaza bared that her UST-customized Kobe 8s, which initially went missing last March 13 after Lalamove delivered only five of six pairs, had been returned by a certain Jhonel Cuevas.
In a heartfelt message, Plaza's camp extended their deepest gratitude to Cuevas for his remarkable gesture, emphasizing the profound impact it had on both Plaza and the broader community.
“Mr. Jhonel Cuevas, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your remarkable act of kindness and honesty in finding and returning Bianca's lost shoes,” the post written by the page administrator read.
“We are immensely grateful for your keen eye and quick action in recognizing and returning Bianca's sought-after shoes. Your honesty and dedication serve as a shining example of the goodness that exists within our community,” it added.
Plaza’s page also thanked the netizens and the UST community for their unwavering support in spreading the word about the middle blocker’s lost shoes, highlighting the power of solidarity in times of need.
“We would also like to express our gratitude to the netizens and the UST community for their unwavering support in spreading the word about Bianca's lost shoes. Your collective efforts played a vital role in ensuring the safe return of Bianca's belongings, and we are deeply appreciative of your solidarity,” it read.
Furthermore, Plaza expressed her gratitude to Lalamove for their generous offer to replace the lost shoes, although she had already been reunited with her original pair.
“While we are grateful for their kind gesture, Bianca has already been reunited with her original shoes and would like to return the replacement funds to Lalamove with her deepest appreciation,” the post read.
With everything settled, Plaza will look to put all the mishaps behind her and help the Golden Tigresses bounce back from their first loss in UAAP Season 86.
UST will face the Adamson Lady Falcons after the Holy Week break on April 4 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay.
