The 12-time PBA champion is living the life in retirement.
Joe Devance left professional basketball just last year and he’s been productive since returning to the United States.
JDV has ventured into podcasting, has started his career in coaching, and most importantly, has more time to spend with his family.
In an Instagram story, JDV gave an insight as to how he bonds with one of his sons. Although this one might seem a bit confusing.
"Look, I don't know if this is normal, but it's like this every night," Devance first asked then proceeded to show that his son's legs are under the pillow where he lies down.
"You guys do that too or is it just me?" Maybe just you, JDV.
The son in the video is Jayden, who just turned nine.
Expect to hear more from JDV's kid in years to come because the next generation from the Devance family has already started his basketball journey. Who knows, he might don the Gilas uniform in the future too.
