For the first time in what feels like forever, LeBron James played an NBA game without his signature accessory during Lakers vs. Wizards.
Something was amiss about the Los Angeles Lakers yesterday, and it wasn’t the fact that they went to OT with the then 9-49 Washington Wizards.
Star forward LeBron James was noticeably missing his signature shooting sleeve, the one he normally wears on his right arm.
It was a subtle change, but more than enough to have more than a handful of fans and accounts to take notice.
In a reply on Instagram, LeBron took notice too. The reason was he was simply LeForgetful.
While the Lakers struggled to put away the Wizards, the no-sleeve arm hardly bothered James as he still went for 31 points and nine assists in the win.
The performances came a day after his 34-point masterpiece against the Clippers, where he scored 19 in the fourth to complete a 21-point comeback.
