LAPU-LAPU CITY — After two heartbreaking Finals losses in 2023, Seoul gets a measure of revenge over Anyang in 2024 at the famed Hoops Dome here.

The SK Knights ended the East Asia Super League title reign of their KBL rival Red Boosters, scoring a 94-79 win Friday in the semifinals of the 2023-24 EASL season.

Jameel Warney continues to torch the EASL nets, putting up a monster line of 38 points, 16 rebounds, and six assists to power Seoul’s overwhelming performance.

After a competitive opening period, the SK Knights slowly and methodically imposed their will on the Red Boosters, who simply looked overmatched.

The floodgates were truly opened in the fourth, as Seoul led by as many as 17 to truly bury the Red Boosters.

Oh Jaehyun fired five triples on his way to 20 points to back up Warney, while An Youngjun added another 13 points for the SK Knights.

For the Red Boosters, Robert Carter Jr. was the high man with 21 points, while former Converge import Jamil Wilson added 14, albeit in a tough-shooting night.

Rhenz Abando came off the bench and contributed 11 points for Anyang.

Seoul will move on to the Finals Sunday, where a $1 million prize will be at stake on top of the title of champion. The Red Boosters drop to the bronze medal game.
