Kai Sotto will miss a chunk of time after being diagnosed with a torn ACL, his Japan B.LEAGUE team Koshigaya Alphas announced Wednesday.
Sotto hurt his knee last January 5, less than four minutes into a game against the Seahorses Mikawa.
The Alphas have put Sotto on the B.LEAGUE injury list and his recovery time is expected to be at least six months.
