Rondae Hollis-Jefferson turned heads in the FIBA World Cup with his prolific offensive display for the Jordan national team as its naturalized player. The 28-year-old forward even finished the first round as the top two scorer, only behind arguably the tournament's best player Luka Doncic.

Rondae even drew Kobe Bryant comparisons and his teammates in the national team believe that RHJ should be back in the NBA.

RHJ last played for the Portland Trail Blazers in 2021 and has since played overseas including a stint with the TNT Tropang Giga where he led them to the PBA Governors' Cup title, dethroning crowd darling Barangay Ginebra Gin Kings.

Apparently, Hollis-Jefferson will return to TNT soon as the squad's reinforcement for the upcoming PBA Commissioner's Cup.

Coach Jojo Lastimosa confirmed that the Jordan naturalized player has already signed, according to a report posted on PBA's website.

The conference will start on October 15, so Rondae will have more than a month of rest and preparation after his duty in the FIBA World Cup.
