When you talk about GOAT PBA imports, you can't leave Sean Chambers out of the conversation. Putting him alongside Bobby Parks, Billy Ray Bates, Norman Black, and Justin Brownlee is a must. Excluding him from such an illustrious list is just blasphemous.

That's why the PBA return of the legendary Alaska Milkmen reinforcement for the league's 48th season is definitely big news.

For the upcoming PBA Commissioner's Cup, Chambers is set to help out the TNT Tropang Giga coaching staff, specifically in player development. On the team's official Facebook page, Mr. 100% summed up what his new role for TNT is going to be.

"I'm here, really to get a chance to work with Talk 'N Text and get a chance to get my feet and feel back for the PBA," Chambers said.

"(I was) given an opportunity to teach some of the young guys some of the things I've learned about being a successful player and a successful import here in the PBA," he elaborated.

Chambers knows a thing or two about success. He was a huge part in building the Alaska franchise's dynasty during the 1990s, winning seven titles, including a grand slam in 1996.

He won all those championships with now TNT coach and team manager Jojo Lastimosa.

"There are certain guidelines to being successful and you can't shortchange those. For myself, those are the things I can help teach and implement for the short stay that I'm here to help out my favorite teammate of all time, Jojo Lastimosa" Chambers explained.

At 6-foot-2 Chambers, who was named Best Import in the 1996 PBA Governors' Cup, did a lot of damage during his heyday down the post. That facet of his game is also something he wants to pass on to the Tropang Giga.

"(Despite) my size, I was pretty dynamite in the post game. I want to come back and bring a little bit of the post game back in the PBA," said the 58-year-old former cager.

"There's something about getting a bucket when you need one in the crucial moments so we want to try and bring some of that part back to the game as well," he added.

For his illustrious PBA career, Chambers averaged 30.5 points, 13.0 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.2 blocks.
