James Yap expressed his gratitude to his fans after they helped him make history by being the PBA player with the most number of PBA All-Star appearances.
While the brightest stars eventually fade into the darkness of the night sky, we are definitely sure that James Yap is not one of these celestial bodies.
The PBA legend continues to shine even after 20 phenomenal years and counting in the PBA.
It does not matter what team he plays for, Purefoods, Rain or Shine, and now with Blackwater, the 42 year-old former two-time MVP is a star among All-Stars, as proven by his appearance in the annual PBA showcase for the 18th year to match his iconic jersey number.
With his 18 appearances, Big Game James Yap holds the record for most All-Star nods by a PBA player.
