The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters showed no signs of Holiday hangover as they trumped the Blackwater Bossing, 122-106, in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup on Wednesday, Jan. 8.

Adrian Nocum led the way for Rain or Shine with 22 points, five rebounds, and three assists, while Santi Santillan lodged 20 points, four rebounds, and four assists.

After a 15-day break, the Elasto Painters looked sharp in grabbing their fifth straight win while adding to the misery of the Bossing.

Rain or Shine now holds a 5-1 win-loss record while Blackwater dropped its third straight game for a 1-6 record.

The Elasto Painters look to sustain this stretch when they take on Phoenix on Jan. 11 at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
