The F2 Logistics Cargo Movers and the Choco Mucho Flying Titans engaged in an epic five-set thriller on Tuesday night in a battle of unbeaten teams.

The Cargo Movers eked out the win, 21-25, 25-17, 17-25, 25-21, 18-16, in the most thrilling of ways, saving three match points and winning two crucial challenges in that span—on the way to a 7-2 finishing kick.

It was a big win, for sure, but its magnitude might very well take a back seat to something more important: the health of Flying Titan Des Cheng.

The 26-year-old Cheng suffered from heat exhaustion no thanks to the hot and humid conditions inside the PhilSports Arena, whose air-conditioning had evidently malfunctioned.

Cheng, upon being taken out of the game, was seen lying down on the floor just beside the Choco Mucho bench, with medical staff attending to her. And, according to One Sports courtside reporter Lexi Rodriguez, Cheng was complaining of pain on her sides and numbness in her legs.

The affable outside hitter was later taken off the court on a stretcher and into the Choco Mucho dugout, where she received further treatment. She was eventually taken to a hospital in an ambulance.
