Rachel Anne Daquis keeps giving back to the community that has showed her nothing but love.

As part of her efforts to “empower fellow athletes,” Daquis announced she is bequeathing gym equipment to schools. And it appears the first school to benefit from Queen RAD's generosity is her alma mater, FEU, which she led to the 2008 UAAP championship.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, Daquis gave a glimpse of the gym equipment she donated to her beloved school.

“Today, my heart rejoices as a dream unfolds. Providing the right gym equipment to schools is a step toward empowering my fellow athletes,” she wrote in her post.

The Cignal HD Spikers star, who is coming off a coaching camp in the United States, hopes this kind gesture would make a world of difference.

“I remember our struggle, making the best of what little we had. Now, I want to ensure they have what they need to grow stronger,” said the 35-year-old volleybelle, whose jersey no. 3 was retired by the Recto-based university.

“Let’s fuel their strength and aspirations, so they can achieve beyond what they thought possible,” she added.

Now, that's RAD doing RAD things. Expect more of the same in the coming months.

So, yes, bless your heart, Queen RAD!
