Ced Domingo on Monday announced that she signed with a team in Thailand, as she takes the next step in her fledgling volleyball career.

In an Instagram post, Domingo, through her agent Virtual Playground, said she will play for the Nakhon Ratchasima Volleyball Club, which competes in the Thailand League, the top-tier competition in the Southeast Asian country.

The former Creamline Cool Smashers star said her import stint, which got PVL fans buzzing in excitement, is about reaching "greater heights."

"I will always remember the stepping stones that Philippine volleyball, most especially (the ones) Creamline and (national team sponsor) Rebisco have allowed me to step on," said Domingo. "Dreams would have been just dreams if it weren't for them."

She also tipped her hat to Filipina spikers who paved the way for her to attain her latest milestone of playing overseas.

She mentioned Alyssa Valdez, Jaja Santiago, Dindin Santiago-Manabat, Jia de Guzman, Mylene Maat, MJ Philipps, and Iris Tonelada, noting that they "set the standard."

"I pray that more and more dreams turn into reality as we elevate Philippine volleyball," added Domingo.
