For sure, even the most driven athletes find it hard to get up from bed on a Monday. But they push themselves to do so because it's part of their responsibilities. Sometimes, like all of us, they need self-motivation to work.
Well, luckily for us, madaming entry ang PVL stars for #MondayMotivation. Coincidentally, they all posted on Instagram Story a quote or a passage to remind them (and their fans) of their purpose, goals, and dreams.
While the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers may have had a forgettable stint in the PVL Second All-Filipino Conference, Aby Maraño has remained positive, even sharing the lessons she learned this year.

The Akari Chargers also exited the tournament early, but Dindin Santiago-Manabat, similar to Maraño, is aware that there's something to gain in every experience.

PLDT High Speed Hitters' Jules Samonte also posted a passage from the Bible about putting love at the center of everything.
Lastly, Chery Tiggo Crossovers' Pauline Gaston, who recently saw their final hopes get ended by the Creamline Cool Smashers, expressed positivity with an accurate graphic.

Sometimes, people forget that athletes are humans too. They carry familiar burdens and go through the same hardships in life as all of us. That's why mental toughness is imperative for them. And if they need a little nudge or a pat on the back from a quote or a passage, then by all means.
