The top two teams at the end of the elimination round battle it out.
The finals matchup that PVL fans have long been waiting for is finally here!
Yes, that’s right, two of the most popular teams in the PVL are set to do battle for the PVL Second All-Filipino Conference crown.
The undefeated Creamline Cool Smashers and the peaking Choco Mucho Flying Titans.
Before all the action unfolds, let’s take a quick look at how the two teams stack up against each other in what is expected to be a thrilling best-of-three series.
Creamline’s road to the finals
13-0.
Pretty much the only number you need to know about the Cool Smashers in the dominant conference they’ve had so far.
Creamline went 11-0 in the elimination round, followed by two easy 3-0 wins over the Chery Tiggo Crossovers in the semifinals to advance to their sixth straight PVL All-Filipino finals.
Despite going undefeated so far, coach Sherwin Meneses believes there’s still another gear to the Cool Smashers—a scary thought for Choco Mucho.
"Siyempre masaya kami, nakabalik kami sa finals. Pero siguro mas tataasan pa namin 'yung gusto naming makuha, 'yung manalo sa finals,” Meneses told reporters after Creamline’s Game 2 victory over Chery Tiggo.

Choco Mucho’s road to the finals
12-2.
Like the Cool Smashers, the Flying Titans also had quite the dominant run so far in the conference, only losing two games prior to advancing to the finals.
Their most recent loss came in Game 1 of the semifinals versus the Cignal HD Spikers, where the Flying Titans actually led two sets to nothing before letting the game slip away.
Their other loss? Their first game in the conference versus Creamline.
Here’s a fun fact: The Cool Smashers have won all nine of their matches against the Flying Titans since the latter's inception in 2019.

While history may not be on their side, Choco Mucho ace Sisi Rondina is confident that they can flip the script this time around.
“Sabi ko nga paulit-ulit, nadadaan 'yan sa trabaho and kapag gugustuhin talaga namin. Siyempre patibayan talaga 'yan ng tiyaga, trabaho, at pasensya,” Rondina said after their Game 3 win over Cignal.
