Dwight made his own free agency move in 2022, and he's happy to guide Kianna for her own journey in 2024.
Easily one of the biggest prizes of the PVL offseason was former F2 Logistics star Kianna Dy. With the disbandment of the Cargo Movers, one of the most prolific local scorers was all of a sudden without a home.
The good thing is she didn’t have to wait too long, as KKD found a home with PLDT in a blockbuster move that saw the High Speed Hitters take a trio of F2 aces in Dy, Kim Fajardo, and Majoy Baron.

In what is likely a bit of a trek outside her comfort zone, PLDT is Kianna’s first big volleyball move in a long while, after playing the better part of the last decade as a Cargo Mover.
Fortunately, a constant in her life is a true guide.
“I just told her when she was looking for her new team was to just really feel it, feel who wants you,” B.League star Dwight Ramos said, when talking about his partner Kianna and her big free agency move.
In his third season in Japan, Dwight recently made a similar decision himself.
After spending his rookie season in Toyama with the Grouses, Ramos entered the free agents pool before finding his current home in the Levanga Hokkaido.
He was more than happy to offer whatever insight he has on Kianna, and he’s delighted to see Dy have her own fresh start.
“Going back and forth in the Philippines, America, Japan, I’m used to different teams. I just try to guide her with what I know,” Dwight said.
“Which team was interested in you, and which is the best fit? PLDT was the one. I’m glad she has a new team, and I’m excited for her next year.”
