In the build up for the 2024 Paris Olympics, Carlos Yulo adds another gold medal to his growing collection.

The Golden Boy won gold in the parallel bars from the 16th Artistic Gymnastics World Cup in Doha Saturday, accumulating a difficulty score of 6.3 and an execution score of 8.900, finishing with a total of 15.200 points.

This was more than enough to beat his opponent from Chinese Taipei in Yuan Hsi-Hung, who finished with 14.966 points, followed by Brazilian Caio Souza, who recorded 14.566.

The 24-year-old Filipino gymnast also bagged a silver medal in the men’s vault final with a total of 15.066 points, behind Armenian Artur Davtyan with 15.166 points.

Yulo expressed his gratitude to his latest title in a Facebook post.

The Filipino pride also expressed his appreciation of the Filipino community in Doha.

Carlos Yulo will banner the Philippine flag once again, set to see action at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
