Rumored to be moving on from the Chery Tiggo Crossovers, Eya Laure embraced a new challenge alongside her Alas Pilipinas teammate Fifi Sharma as imports for the Eat Bulaga Olympics.
Rumors are swirling that Eya Laure is ready to move on from the Chery Tiggo Crossovers, but this 25-year-old volleyball star has opted for a different kind of challenge for the meantime.
Instead of heading straight into battle for a new season of the PVL, Eya joined forces with her Alas Pilipinas teammate, Fifi Sharma, as imports for the Eat Bulaga Olympics.
The two volleyball dynamos took center stage in the noontime show, stepping in as “reinforcements” for the Dabarkads in a lively competition.
While they shine as teammates on the national team, they found themselves in a friendly rivalry, with Fifi on the red team and Eya rocking the yellow.
In this playful game, long-time hosts Tito, Vic, and Joey quizzed both teams with general knowledge questions—but here’s the twist. They had to use their bodies to illustrate their answers, resulting in plenty of laughs and memorable moments.
Despite the fun and teamwork, it was Fifi and the red team who clinched the victory after several rounds of spirited competition.
With the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference looming, the excitement and camaraderie they experienced during the noontime show will undoubtedly fuel their drive as they prepare for the next conference.
