The Fukushima Firebonds is the latest Japan B.League team to welcome a Filipino talent in Robert Bolick.

The team announced its latest acquisition via its official Instagram page on Monday. Bolick’s agent, Marvin Espiritu, also shared the signing on social media.

Bolick, whose contract with the Northport Batang Pier recently ended, is joining a team that plays in the second division of the premier pro hoops league in Japan.

The PBA All-Star is joining other Pinoys pursuing pro careers in the Land of the Rising Sun, like Thirdy Ravena, Kiefer Ravena, Dwight Ramos, and Bobby Ray Parks Jr.

Fukushima, which currently sports a 28-32 win-loss record in the East District of B2, did not disclose the details of Bolick's contract.
