She looks to further cement herself in the racing scene.
Rising racing star Bianca Bustamante will make her debut in one of the most popular grand prix in the world—the Macau Grand Prix, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary.
Bustamante, who recently joined the McLaren Driver Development Program, will compete in the non-championship round of the 2023 Formula 4 South East Asia Championship. She will race for BlackArts Racing in the event scheduled from November 11th to 12 on the challenging streets of Macau.
The 18-year-old Filipina racer aims to finish her season on a high note, with her #19 Formula 4 car featuring partnerships with APM Monaco, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and season-long partner Lance East Exotics.
This marks Bustamante's first visit to the renowned Macau Guia Circuit, which is known for its challenging features, including changing elevation, high speeds, and narrow barriers.
It will be her third time racing on a street circuit in her professional career, following previous appearances in the Miami Grand Prix and Singapore Grand Prix.
The Macau Guia circuit is considered one of the most difficult street circuits globally and a proving ground for F1 talents such as Ayrton Senna, Lewis Hamilton, Michael Schumacher, and Max Verstappen.
