Basketball games are nothing to new to Jeanine Tsoi-Teng, from being a courtside reporter for De La Salle in the UAAP and now as wife to Jeron Teng of San Miguel in the PBA.

The lovely couple have been together for eight years before they tied the knot in October last year, and Jeanine is loving every since minute of being Mrs. Teng.

"I've been watching Jeron play since 2014, we've been together since 2015 and I think now that I'm his wife already it's a big bonus because I get to spend his game day with him," Jeanine shared to One Sports during Game 1 of the best-of-seven Finals series between San Miguel and Magnolia.

Jeanine recalled how they used to spend game days during their UAAP days, where she would prepare for her reports, while Jeron would keep his focus on the game.

But now that she has the time, free of court side reporter duties, Jeanine makes sure to give her full attention to her husband.

When asked how it's like to be a wife to Jeron, Jeanine beamed with pride as she shared her love language.

"Dati game day ko na siya nakikita during the game, pero ngayon I get to really prepare. I get to prepare his food, I get to prepare his coffee. I get to really make sure he's well prepped to come to the arena before the game," she said.

"Important kay Jeron talaga is masarap 'yung pagkain niya before game day so mini-make sure ko na masarap 'yung pagkain niya every game day and I also make his coffee," she added.

The bonus part of preparing Jeron's game day essentials? They get to save a little.

"Ako gumagawa ng coffee niya na dinadala niya during games so hindi na siya bumibili ng kape dito, nakakatipid kami ng konti," Jeanine said in jest.

Turning serious, Jeanine shared what she really wanted for Jeron's career.

"I think for every basketball player, their main goal is to get a ring and Jeron hasn't gotten a ring his whole PBA career so we're really hoping he finally gets it this season. He worked so hard for it, he deserves it talaga," she said.

Jeanine came to the game along with her mom and the Teng family led by former PBA star Alvin and his wife Susan.
