Converge assistant coach Danny Ildefonso has been fined P20,000 by the PBA for his comments made on social media.
It’s a win and a loss for Danny Ildefonso in the PBA Tuesday.
As an assistant coach for Converge, Danny I enjoyed a big win over defending Governors’ Cup champion TNT after import Scotty Hopson drilled the first-ever four-point game winner in league history.

However, Danny I also received a P20,000 fine from the PBA following his comments on social media.
Ildefonso was summoned by the PBA Commissioner’s Office for social media comments regarding “farm teams.” Danny I was addressing comments made around his son Dave, the no. 5 pick of this year’s PBA Draft.
The younger Ildefonso remains unsigned by his mother team in NorthPort, despite the Governors’ Cup well underway.
So kailangan talaga relax lang, sabi niya pasensya and di na mauulit,” Marcial added.
