NorthPort made it back-to-back wins in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup.
NorthPort sustained its fine play as it dismantled Terrafirma, 113-101, in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup at the Ynares Sports Center in Antipolo on Saturday, Nov. 30.
The Batang Pier picked up their second win in as many games after an impressive 114-87 drubbing of NLEX in their opener.
Arvin Tolentino came through with 21 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists in a stellar triple-double night for NorthPort.
The Dyip, who lost retired Christian Standhardinger, remained winless in two games.
Vic Manuel finally saw action for Terrafirma, while Terrence Romeo, nursing an undisclosed injury, still rode the bench.
The Batang Pier will go for 3-0 on Wednesday, Dec. 4, when it tackles Magnolia at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
