The Meralco Bolts remain in the hunt for a PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup playoff spot.
Meralco rebounded from a sorry loss and added to the misery of NLEX with a 105-91 verdict in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Malate on Friday, Jan. 10.
After a stinging 99-101 loss to TNT, the Bolts found their groove again and picked up their fifth win while dealing the Road Warriors their fourth straight setback.
Meralco now has a 5-4 tally as the elimination round of the mid-season tournament approaches its tail end.
NLEX, meanwhile, dove to 3-5.

The Bolts will next face NorthPort on Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Malate.
