Tyler Tio had a second-best 16 points he spiked with three rebounds, four assists and three steals as Phoenix pulled off a 93-91 squeaker over Rain or Shine in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup on Saturday, Jan. 11.
Tio backstopped reinforcement Donovan Smith, who churned out a game-high 22 points that went with 10 rebounds.
