Terrence Romeo joined the Terrafirma Dyip late in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup owing to a calf injury.
Terrence Romeo looked far from deflated when he emerged from Terrafirma’s dugout inside the PhilSports Arena in Pasig on Friday, Jan. 17.
Believe it or not, Romeo has remained optimistic amid the forgettable conference for the Dyip in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup.
“For me, learning process pa rin,” said Romeo after his new squad's 110-134 pounding at the hands of Eastern.

This was Terrafirma’s 11th loss in as many games.
“Siyempre, mga bata pa 'yung mga kasama namin pero talented group of guys 'to. So positive lang kami," said Romeo.

After being traded from San Miguel, the former scoring champion joined the Dyip late this conference as he had to recover from a calf injury.
Though used to winning, Romeo refused to let the disappointing result of this conference get to him.
Romeo would rather give his all to at least help the Dyip exit with their heads held high.
“All out, lahat. Ibibigay namin 'yung best namin,” Romeo said.
“'Yung last game 'yung isang way din para makuha namin 'yung kumpiyansa namin. Malaking bagay 'yun para sa aming lahat," he added.
