Justin Brownlee will likely sit out Game 4 of the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup Finals on Friday, March 21.

While he is not completely ruled out yet, Brownlee is doubtful for the pivotal game set at 7:30 p.m. at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

Ginebra coach Tim Cone confirmed this to One Sports Thursday, March 20.

“Justin is doubtful to play, but he hasn’t been ruled completely out yet,” said Cone via text message.

Brownlee hurt his right thumb with 6:24 left in the third period. He was brought to the hospital immediately after.

Even sans Brownlee, the Gin Kings managed to keep in step with the Tropang Giga.

But breaks of the game went TNT’s way, with Rey Nambatac putting up a spectacular performance that saw him score a playoff-best 24 points.
