Madayag became Madzilla in part because of hard work.
A rejuvenated Maddie Madayag was without doubt a big reason for the Choco Mucho Flying Titans’ first-ever podium finish in the PVL in the recently concluded Second All-Filipino Conference.

In fact, she made it known that Choco Mucho’s epic five-setter in Game 2 of the PVL Second All-Filipino Conference versus Creamline was a statement game that shows the team means business—regardless of the result.

After all, she was molded by the school of Tai Bundit, the legendary coach who transformed the Ateneo Blue Eagles into a volleyball powerhouse in the women’s game. It was also under Bundit when Madayag transformed into Madzilla as she helped the Katipunan-based squad to two titles and several podium finishes.
