Pablo was part of Petro Gazz's championship run in 2022.
Home is apparently where the fuel is, at least for outside hitter Myla Pablo.
The two-time conference Most Valuable Player in the PVL is returning to the Petro Gazz Angels, the team announced on Friday afternoon.
Pablo picked up two Best Outside Spiker awards for Petro Gazz.
She was also pivotal in their championship run during the 2022 PVL Reinforced Conference.
And in case you didn't remember, it was Bagyong Pablo who delivered the championship point against the Cignal HD Spikers.
She then transferred to the Cargo Movers for the 2023 season, becoming a key figure in a stunning five-set victory over the Creamline Cool Smashers in the PVL First All-Filipino Conference.
However, back spasms once again hampered Pablo's playing time in the recently-concluded Second All-Filipino Conference. F2 Logistics eventually disbanded, paving the way to Pablo's homecoming.
The Petro Gazz Angels have been signing multiple players during the offseason in a bid to return to championship form, after missing the semifinals of the last conference.
They first picked up Pablo's F2 Logistics teammates Ethan Arce and Mary Joy Dacoron, as the Angels lost two middle blockers--a resurgent Ranya Musa to injury while MJ Phillips is playing in South Korea.
On Thursday, the Angels then signed up opposite spiker Mich Morente from the PLDT High Speed Hitters.
Pablo could be the vital cog anew in the Petro Gazz gear, as the Angels deal with losing veteran spiker Grethcel Soltones to the Akari Chargers.
