Everyone knows what Rhenz Abando can do.

We all know he is terrific athlete. We all know he can be a terror on defense. In fact, we know he is the best shot-blocking guard of the Philippines now. And it is not even close.

But who knew that this modest, self-deprecating high-flyer nicknamed Air Sunget by his beau can be such a troll, too?

Yes, Air Sunget can troll with the best of ‘em as well. And his latest victim was none other than his former UST Growling Tiger teammate CJ Cansino, who is wishing for good health after returning from a second ACL injury and helping the UP Fighting Maroons win their UAAP Season 86 opener against the Adamson Falcons.

Cansino had a particularly explosive return, notching 19 points for UP built on 5 triples. It was so impressive that Abando had to share in his Instragram Story Cansino’s stats—including his solitary assist, which the Gilas standout made sure to point out.

“Congrats! Nice pass par,” Abando wrote in the caption, which included a pair of crocodiles, as if hinting that Cansino had been a ball hog—or a “buwaya” in the vernacular.

Of course, Abando probably meant to harm. After all, he and Cansino have been good friends dating back to their UST days. Besides, Air Sunget is known to be a jokester on social media himself, as he once posted a Gilas photo of him standing near the dashing Dwight Ramos with the caption, “Panget tumabi sa’yo, Daddy Dwight.”

Yep, Abando can take the jokes. He can dish ‘em out, too.
