Eya Laure has returned to training with Alas Pilipinas, marking her first on-court appearance since her uncertain split from the Chery Tiggo Crossovers.
Eya Laure has returned to training with Alas Pilipinas, marking the first time she has been seen back on the court since her status with the Chery Tiggo Crossovers was put into question.
The former Chery Tiggo star was spotted working with the national team, specifically coach Jorge de Brito, as they gear up for their next campaign.
This comes months after reports surfaced about her departure from her PVL team. As of November, her situation with the Crossovers remained unresolved, with team manager Aaron Velez confirming that negotiations were still ongoing.
Velez had previously described her split from the team as “unfortunate.”
Laure had been a key player for Chery Tiggo, leading the team to multiple semifinals appearances. However, in October, reports emerged that she was on her way out of the team, fueling speculation about her next move.
