Ray Parks Jr. and the Osaka Evessa’s stay hot, scoring a dominant 96-67 victory over FE Nagoya in their home opener of the 2024-25 B.LEAGUE season Saturday.

The win pushed Osaka to a clean 3-0 slate so far in the B1.

After a slow start, Osaka took control in the second quarter, with Parks Jr. leading the charge by scoring 10 points to help his team gain momentum.

Similar to the previous two games, Osaka then exploded in the third quarter, outscoring Nagoya 33-16 behind a spectacular performance from Matt Bonds, who poured in 20 points during that stretch.

Bonds finished the game with 29 points, six rebounds, and four assists, while Parks Jr. added 17 points, two rebounds, and three assists in the convincing win.

Narito Namizato led FE Nagoya with 14 points, but his efforts couldn’t stop Osaka’s dominance in the second half.

With Parks and Bonds anchoring a well-rounded attack, Osaka continues to roll through the early stages of the season and will hope to do the same as both teams meet again Sunday.
