Levanga Hokkaido

Welcome back, Dwight Ramos!

After suffering an ankle injury in November, Saint Dwight is back in action for for Levanga Hokkaido in the Japan B. League.

Ramos, however, was still clearly shaking off the rust as Hokkaido struggled in their blowout loss to Yokohama B. Corsairs, 98-82.

In 17 minutes of play, Ramos finished with only 2 points on 1-of-8 shooting from the field and 2 rebounds.

Still, this was a welcome sign for Hokkaido as they look to rack up more wins in the season.

This is also a welcome development for Gilas Pilipinas, who are gearing up for the sixth and final window of the 2023 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers.

Ramos, who was named in the Gilas pool, will have enough time to get some games under him before potentially returning to the national team when they take on Jordan and Lebanon in February.
