As the Philippines proudly celebrates its 100th year of Olympic Games participation, the MVP Group of Companies is eagerly preparing for its most extensive coverage yet, chronicling the inspiring journey of Filipino athletes at Paris 2024.

Every stride of our courageous athletes will be meticulously documented as the group unites for one purpose: to ensure that the Filipino viewing public experiences the thrill of the year's biggest sporting event, set to commence from July 26 – August 11 in France.

Riding the wave of momentum from the Philippines' stellar showing in Tokyo 2020, where weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz delivered the country's first-ever gold medal, plus the silver medals brought home by boxers Nesthy Petecio and Carlo Paalam, as well as a bronze medal from Eumir Marcial.

In 2024, Filipino athletes, led by EJ Obiena and Carlos Yulo, among others, will gear up and will be surely motivated to sustain the gold rush and bring home more medals from Paris.

As the proud official broadcast partners of the Olympic Games Paris 2024, Cignal TV, Smart, and PLDT are unwavering in their commitment to bring a comprehensive multi-platform coverage on free-to-air, pay TV, OTT, IPTV, digital & social media – ensuring that the events of Paris 2024 are accessible to all Filipinos nationwide.

“The events of the Philippine team baka magsabay-sabay so even that we made sure that we're able to bring everything live, so there will be times na pag nag-sabay lalo pag after the qualifiers at nag-qualify tayo,” said Cignal FVP, Head Channel Management & Programming Sienna Olaso.

“We made sure that all of those are available. Lahat ng Philippine events will be free on social media [and] on free-to-air.”

Cignal TV is taking the lead on linear TV through free-to-air channels One Sports and RPTV, while TV5 will also provide airtime through news features and highlights, high-definition viewing on pay TV on One Sports+, and three Olympic Games dedicated 24/7 channels exclusive for Cignal TV subscribers.

Access to the events anytime and anywhere via the OTT app Pilipinas Live and free access on the Facebook and YouTube accounts of One Sports.

Cignal TV, through its partnership with the POC, will also produce an exclusive docu-series, This is Our Team, which highlights the journey of Filipino athletes as they prepare for Paris 2024.

Smart is also committed to bringing the action to its subscribers via its own OTT app, Smart Livestream, and free access via the Smart Sports and Puso Pilipinas Facebook pages.

Meanwhile, PLDT will offer multiple channels via IPTV exclusive to PLDT Home bundle subscribers.
