SMB adds another star in its stacked lineup.
Just a couple of days after tying the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Jeron Teng also secured his future in the PBA after signing a two-year deal with the San Miguel Beermen.
Teng posted a photo of him in an Instagram Story on Wednesday alongside SMC sports director Alfrancis Chua.
“Thank you so much boss Ramon Ang & Alfrancis for this new opportunity,” Teng wrote.
Teng is following in the footsteps of his dad, Alvin Teng, who played for San Miguel from 1986 to 1994.
Teng's contract with the Converge FiberXers ended last August, allowing the former fifth overall pick to explore his options.

In his five seasons in the PBA, Teng averaged 10.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.3 assists.
The 29-year-old forward will be another key piece in the stacked SMB squad that is looking to add another title to its storied franchise.
