The Converge FiberXers improved their card to 2-1 after rebounding against the Magnolia Hotshots in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup on Sunday, Dec. 1.
Converge quickly got back on its feet as it subdued Magnolia, 93-91, in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup at the Ynares Center in Antipolo on Sunday, Dec. 1.
After their 106-117 defeat to guest team Eastern, the FiberXers made sure to get the job done this time to improve to a 2-1 record.
The Hotshots, winner in their opening assignment against Blackwater just three days ago, dropped to 1-1.

After a three-game swing in the first week of the mid-season conference, Converge will get plenty of rest before heading to the court anew on Dec. 12 when it is slated to face NorthPort at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Malate.
