Converge rides the crest of its three consecutive victories heading into its PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup Christmas Day showdown against Meralco.

Converge essayed a huge 98-91 win over Ginebra in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup at the Batangas City Coliseum on Saturday, Dec. 21.

The FiberXers thus scored their third straight win to hike their record to 5-2 in the mid-season tournament.

Ginebra dropped to 3-2.

The FiberXers are yet to enjoy a holiday break as they are set to square off against Meralco on Christmas Day.
