Coach Jeffrey Cariaso could not ask for more from the Blackwater Bossing, especially with the sudden absence of import George King, as they bared their all against the Phoenix Fuel Masters.
Blackwater coach Jeffrey Cariaso felt like the luckiest man in the Bossing's win against the Phoenix Fuel Masters, 100-92, in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup on Tuesday, January 21.
With George King getting sidelined 30 minutes before the game, it was the locals that gave pride to Cariaso.
"It was a sting to us, but the idea of a guy stepping up, everyone from one to 15 stepped up and...just gave their hearts out, and I couldn't be any more proud of this team," Cariaso said.
