Nierva will look to bring her championship experience to Chery Tiggo.
One of the five new signings of the Chery Tiggo Crossovers has been announced.
NU Lady Bulldogs star Jennifer Nierva will be joining the Crossovers in the upcoming PVL Invitational Conference, the team officially announced on social media.
The graduating libero had a solid UAAP Season 85 as the Lady Bulldogs made it once more to the finals. However, they were unable to snatch their second UAAP title after falling to the De La Salle Lady Spikers.
Nierva will join a Chery Tiggo squad that finished fifth in the All-Filipino Conference as they look to make the playoffs this time around.
The 23-year-old Nierva will be competing alongside Buding Duremdes and Antonette Landicho for the libero position.
While Nierva will have to earn her spot, she will definitely be a big boost to Chery Tiggo’s playoff hopes, alongside the team’s other new recruits, who are yet to be announced.
