First time for everything.
Dani Ravena grew up in a family that many people would envy. She's the daughter of two legendary athletes who excelled in their respective fields. His one brother was nicknamed Phenom. Another older brother paved way for Filipino hoopers to play in Japan.
Safe to say, Dani has an exciting (and for sure a competitive) upbringing.
Doesn't mean that she's seen it all though.
Apparently, the Akari Chargers libero hasn't experienced riding a public jeep. That's until Tuesday night when she took a trip to the University of the East with her teammates.
In an Instagram story, Trisha Genesis, Akari's bubbly hitter, posted a picture of Ravena inside a Sarao.
"Tuwang tuwa ang bata sa jeep," Genesis said with an eyeroll emoji.
Ravena responded with a repost, and added the captions, "First time to ride a public jeep."
"Big girl things. [Just kidding]."
Now that may come a surprise to many, particularly students around the University Belt area. But hey, there's a first time for everything, for anyone.
