Khat Bell showed why she's one of the top imports in Philippine volleyball after her impressive performance against the Farm Fresh Foxies in the 2024 PVL Reinforced Conference.
Khat Bell made her presence felt in the 2024 PVL Reinforced Conference after powering the Chery Tiggo Crossovers to a straight-sets victory over the Farm Fresh Foxies, 25-13, 27-25, 25-22, at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City on Tuesday, July 16.
Bell, who made her return to the Philippines after four years, asserted her dominance on the court as she finished with 23 points on 22 attacks and one block.
Chery Tiggo overcame a feisty Farm Fresh squad that pushed the team to its limits behind the efforts of import Yena Murillo and outside hitter Caitlin Viray.
In the third set, the Foxies managed to keep it close against the Crossovers, but yet again, Bell's prowess was unmatched.
Closing the gap to just a single point, Farm Fresh setter Louie Romero committed an untimely error before Mylene Paat’s kill block sealed the victory for Chery Tiggo.
Mary Rhose Dapat was the Crossovers' next top scorer with eight points. Pauline Gaston and Seth Rodriguez added five apiece.
Viray led the Foxies with 13 points, while Murillo finished with 10 markers in the loss.
