The Choco Mucho Flying Titans are set to return to action in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference on Saturday, January 18, as they take on the ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.

With their sights set on climbing the standings, the 3-3 Flying Titans are determined to kick off the new year with a stronger, more consistent performance.

Led by superstar Sisi Rondina, Choco Mucho had flashes of brilliance this season but has struggled to maintain consistency.

Rondina, who ranks first among the league’s top scorers with 134 points, has carried much of the offensive load, often singlehandedly keeping her team in matches.

However, the Flying Titans know they need contributions from the rest of the roster to solidify their push for a semifinal berth.

Choco Mucho fans are also eagerly awaiting the potential return of star setter Deanna Wong, who has been sidelined due to a knee injury.

For now, Mars Alba has been doing a steady job at orchestrating the Flying Titans' offense.

Facing a ZUS Coffee squad that nearly upset the Creamline Cool Smashers before the break, the Flying Titans are aware of the challenge that lies ahead.

A win for Choco Mucho should kickstart their push for a higher spot in the standings and build momentum for the latter half of the conference.

Will the Flying Titans rise to the occasion and showcase the cohesion they've been searching for? We’ll find out tomorrow at 4:00 p.m.
