Jorick Bautista delivered a clutch performance as the FEU Tamaraws earned a 76-72 overtime victory over the Adamson Soaring Falcons in UAAP Season 87 on Saturday, October 12, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Bautista was the late-game hero once again, tying the game at 58-all to force overtime, where he poured in nine points.
The standout guard finished with 21 points, all coming in the second half and overtime, along with six rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
Bautista’s flawless performance, highlighted by zero turnovers in 34 minutes, propelled FEU to their second win of the season and first in Round 2, improving their record to 2-6.
Adamson drops to 3-5 after the loss.
