Tots Carlos is truly Ms. Volleyball.

On Tuesday night, the Creamline Cool Smashers survived the onslaught from the Cignal HD Spikers in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference.

Three-time MVP Tots Carlos was a huge part of that victory, as she put up 38 points from 35 attacks and three blocks in five sets.

Where does that go down in PVL history?

First off, Carlos reset her career-high after previously scoring 31 against the Akari Chargers earlier this season.

Her new high of 38 was enough to eclipse teammate Alyssa Valdez's local scoring record of 37--achieved when the PVL was not yet a professional league.

The league's all-time top scorer in a single game though is an Olympian.

Dominican Republic's Prisilla Rivera scored 44 points in the Akari Chargers' five-set victory against the Choco Mucho Flying Titans in the 2022 PVL Reinforced Conference back in November 2022.

Those came from 39 attacks, four aces, and a block. She also registered 14 excellent receptions.

She eclipsed Elena Samoilenko's 35-point output for the PLDT High Speed Hitters in the same conference.

Can Carlos break the 40-point mark and join Rivera in an exclusive club? Why not? We're only halfway through the preliminaries.

Creamline will next take on the Petro Gazz Angels on April 6 at the Sta. Rosa Sports Complex, the Nxled Chameleons on April 13 at PhilSports Arena, the Choco Mucho Flying Titans on April 18 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, and the PLDT High Speed Hitters on April 25 at the PhilSports Arena.
