She may have spoken it into existence.

Just before advancing to the final of the W25 Yecla Tennis Tournament in Yecla, Spain, Alex Eala expressed how excited she was to get there in the first place.

The result? She got back to her winning ways on Sunday. It was a monumental victory as it gave the 18-year-old her third International Tennis Federation (ITF) professional title. Plus, the last time Eala won an ITF event was in April of last year, when she captured W25 Chang Rai crown in Thailand.

The breakthrough was undoubtedly a welcome development not only for Alex and her camp but also for her supporters. After her triumph, Eala’s fans flocked over social media to give the teen star her flowers.

First on the list is her uncle and former PBA Commissioner Noli Eala.

A fan named Eujean was obviously elated that her idol returned to her top form.

A Rafael Nadal stan was understandably happy for the Rafael Nadal Academy product.

Twitter user Mimi egged on Alex to keep soldiering on.

@GameSetAnimo got pretty technical as he commended Eala’s service game vs Valentina Ryser in the final.

Alex's latest milestone may have widened her pathway towards greatness. If she keeps on pushing, while using her fans’ love and support as inspiration, she might just get there sooner than later. After all, one of her Instagram followers with the handle @vitobonifacio might be right in saying that Eala is now ready for bigger and better competition.

“Now that you are 18, you are getting stronger, faster, and more agile," the netizen commented via Instagram.

The future remains bright for Alex.
