Scoring seems like a walk in the park for NorthPort star Arvin Tolentino.
It comes in a variety of ways.
He can shoot from beyond the arc, post up, drive the lane, fish for fouls and then nail the free throws.
Defining love, however, is not as easy for the Best Player of the Conference frontrunner in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup.
One Sports chats with Tolentino to get some of his thoughts on romance in time for the upcoming Valentine's Day.
One Sports: For you, what is love?
Arvin Tolentino: 'Yan 'yung isa sa pinakamahirap sagutin: What is love? (Pause) Doing great things without expecting anything in return. 'Yun siguro 'yung simplest answer na maibibigay ko.
OS: What is your love language?
Arvin: Main ko is [quality] time. Dapat si misis ko ang sasagot nito, ah? (smiles)

OS: Do you express your love for your friends and other loved ones in the same way?
Arvin: 'Yun 'yung love language ko talaga. I like to spend time with my loved ones. Hindi ako pala-hang out o palalabas, eh. And if I get that also, if my friends and family spend time with me, doon ko napi-feel na love nila ako.

OS: Do you have any plans for Valentine’s Day?
Arvin: Well, usually, sini-celebrate namin 'yun the day after para makaiwas sa traffic. Laging fully booked ang mga restaurants, eh. So for the past few years, ganoon ang ginagawa namin: Dinner date, kaunting kilig-kilig (laughs), flowers. I’m not sure pa kasi nasa playoffs pa kami, eh. If ever may practice, kailangang mag-[practice]. But, definitely, we will have dinner. [We'll spend] Time with each other. Especially now we have two beautiful daughters, medyo 'yung time with each other, nabawasan na. So, definitely, 'yun 'yung gagawin namin.
