The PLDT High Speed Hitters star made her on-screen debut as a guest sports anchor on Frontline Pilipinas, TV5’s primetime newscast, bringing a fresh presence to sports reporting.
Dy joins a growing list of athletes who have become guest anchors, including fellow PVL stars Alyssa Valdez, Eya Laure, Fifi Sharma, Faith Nisperos, and Dawn Catindig, as well as PBA player Ricci Rivero.

Known for her composure under pressure as an opposite spiker, Dy showcased her versatility as she delivered the latest sports headlines on air.
Dy’s stint on Frontline Pilipinas adds to an exciting chapter in her career, balancing her commitments as a key player for PLDT in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference while exploring opportunities in sports media.
The 29-year-old opposite hitter recently made her much-anticipated comeback to the PVL after spending 559 days on the mend due to a knee injury suffered in the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference.
