More good news for the Farm Fresh Foxies with the highly-anticipated return and debut of Rachel Anne Daquis, Jolina Dela Cruz, and Lorene Toring in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
The Farm Fresh Foxies are beginning 2025 with a lot of positive news coming their way.
Following the announcement that middle blocker Lorene Toring is finally ready to play for the Foxies after recovering from her ACL injury in 2023, interim head coach Benson Bocboc also announced that stars Rachel Anne Daquis and Jolina Dela Cruz may also suit up for the team.
“I think may go-signal na sila lahat [to play],” Bocboc shared in a Farm Fresh interview.
Dela Cruz is coming off a lengthy absence after suffering an ACL injury in November 2023 while playing for the now-defunct F2 Logistics Cargo Movers.
Daquis, who signed with the Foxies before the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference, had to up her game fitness first to prevent injuries before her on-court return.

Now finally cleared to play, Daquis, Dela Cruz, and Toring are expected to be major pieces in Farm Fresh’s playoff push in the conference.
Still, expect the three to be slowly eased into the lineup.
“We’re taking this time para ma-insert sila dun sa sistema na meron ‘yung team. So hopefully enough ‘yung time para makapaglaro kaagad sila pagbalik ng New Year but definitely within the month,” said Bocboc.
The Foxies will open the PVL resumption on January 18 when they take on the winless Nxled Chameleons at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.
Maybe Daquis, Dela Cruz, and Toring could get some playing time right away?
