While it might be the offseason for UAAP volleyball, Bella Belen and the NU Lady Bulldogs are still busy with other tournaments.
Just recently, they completed another perfect run in the Shakey’s Super League preseason volleyball tournament, outlasting the UST Growling Tigresses in the finals.
If you’re wondering how Belen and the rest of the NU spikers celebrated, look no further.
In her Instagram Story, the 21-year-old Belen posted photos of the team dining and drinking wine at a well-known and fancy steakhouse.
The UAAP Rookie-MVP in Season 84 also reposted a photo of her, alongside some of her teammates in Alyssa Solomon, Lams Lamina, Minerva Maaya, and Alexa Mata. Judging by their looks, they sure had a grand time.
As they say, food tastes much better when you win.
Looks familiar? Well, just a few days ago, Akari Chargers middle blocker Fifi Sharma posted an Instagram Story of her eating in the same restaurant after their tough loss to the Nxled Chameleons.
But even before that, Chery Tiggo Crossovers star Jen Nierva also posted photos of her in the same steakhouse, in what appeared to be a secret date.
It seems like the sumptuous steakhouse is the go-to option for volleyball stars these days, whether it be to celebrate a victory or to unwind after a game.
The bigger question now is: Which volleyball star will be next to post a photo in the restaurant?
