NU Lady Bulldogs’ Bella Belen, Erin Pangilinan, Lams Lamina, Sheena Toring, and Alyssa Solomon made their K-drama dreams come true as they visited K-pop fans’ dream destination: South Korea.

In her mini TikTok vlog, Bella shares what they have been up to in their first day at SoKor.

The moment they stepped foot on South Korea, the NU Lady Bulldogs already spiked up the fun.

As they have met their tour guide, they have already joked that it was Korean superstar Lee Min Ho.

And the Lady Bulldogs, being jokers as they were, poked fun at Lams, saying she is Lee-Min-Nha (sounds like Lamina).

Of course, Bella would not miss the chance to try authentic Korean food, such as gimbap (or the Japanese counterpart Onigiri), where big flavors come in surprising packages.

The UAAP Season 86 champs would not miss the opportunity to tour around Myeongdong, where they bought pasalubong for their families in the Philippines.

“Naghahanap po kami ng pasalubong agad; first night pa lang namin sa Korea,” Bella said.

And despite being a thousand miles away from the Philippines, they still felt at home as they were greeted by a Filipino during their night tour.

“Uy, volleyball player kayo ‘no,” said our kababayan.

The NU Lady Bulldogs have shown their respect and said hello as well.

On her Instagram reel, Finals MVP Alyssa Solomon shared some of the tourist attractions they visited, such as Italian Village Pinocchio and Nami Island.

A Korean trip wouldn’t be complete without trying Hanbok, traditional Korean clothing.
