On Monday, his younger sister Pia posted a story on Instagram of Dave saying goodbye to his family with the caption, “bye oppa.”
Meanwhile, his older brother, Rain or Shine Elasto Painter Shaun, anointed him as “Air Kimchi” in another Instagram story.
If we're reading this correctly, the UAAP Season 85 Mythical Team member may really be joining SJ Belangel, Rhenz Abando, and RJ Abarrientos in the Korean Basketball League.
Recall that weeks ago, Ildefonso bared he received a total of four offers from Korean and Japanese teams after Season 84.
He ultimately opted to stay with the Blue Eagles for one more season. It worked out for him, as the Blue Eagles took back the crown in a rematch of the Season 84 Finals with the UP Fighting Maroons.
